All drawing, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they check the compatibility and suitability of a product prior to purchase. Our sales staff can offer advice only. | | | Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. PRICE INCREASES Unfortunately publishers occasionally raise the price of items unexpectedly. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods on our website is wrong. In the event that this occurs we will check with you to see if you still wish to receive the item at the new price. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS We can deliver to most countries, please email us with your product requirements and our sales team will contact you to confirm the order with full product pricing, including shipping and charges. For more information, you may wish to contact your local customs office. | | | Delivery Schedule We will endeavour to deliver goods within a reasonable time period but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside of our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods unless caused by our negligence. As soon as we have delivered the goods you will be responsible for them. If you delay accepting a delivery, our responsibility for everything other than damage due to our negligence will end on the date the carrier tried to deliver the goods to you. DAMAGED/MISSING GOODS If you should have, for any reason, a complaint or query regarding damaged or missing items, please notify us immediately by fax or telephone and subsequently in writing. Failure to do this could involve unnecessary delays. Please keep the box and packing materials that were used to send the goods, as we may need to examine them. | | | Back Orders OUT OF STOCK ITEMS Outstanding items (if any) are out of stock due to popular demand. We endeavour to despatch the rest of your order as soon as possible. You will only be charged for the goods that have been despatched and you pay shipping and handling charges only once. Please accept our apologies for the delay. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait for the goods. All other orders are VAT free and we shall reduce your total as required. | | | Returns Before returning goods to us, it is important that you contact us first to obtain instructions as to where and how to send the goods and obtain a returns note number. All unauthorised returns are subject to a 15% handling charge and any carriage fees in these instances are not refundable. You can cancel your order within seven working days as long as the goods are returned unopened. Faulty or defective goods, still in their original supplied condition, may be returned to us for testing within 14 days of receipt. Where goods are found to be faulty by us, we will refund return postage and either send replacement goods to you or a refund; after this period goods are dealt with on an individual basis. If no fault is found you are responsible for carriage both ways and a testing fee may be charged. Please include the following details with all returns: your name, invoice number,returns note number, daytime number and the reason for the return. We cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit, so wrap it well! We recommend you return your goods by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. | | | Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a full guarantee. We will replace with any faulty item with another of the same title. Your invoice is your receipt and guarantee for your order. Please keep it safely in case you need it for future reference. If your purchase was made by using a credit or debit card then the amount charged will be on the attached slip. We do not offer any credit facilities.
