Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We require that you pay in full at point of order. We accept payment by Switch, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Solo. You may also send your credit card information via phone, fax or snail mail. We also accept cheques made payable to Aurora Dancewear & Costume and sent to the address below. However, your order will not be mailed until your cheque has cleared.

Shipping And Handling UK: Royal Mail Special Delivery: 1 item £3.50, 2 items £5.00, 3/4 items £6.90, 5/7 items £7.95, 8/10 items £9.75 and £0.95 per additional item. Rest of EU except Southern Ireland and the new member states: Swift Air: 1 item £6.75, 2 items £6.90, 3/4 items £8.90, 5/7 items £10.90, 8/10 items £14.90 and £1.90 per additional item. North America and the rest of the world: Swift Air: 1 item £7.90, 2 items £8.90, 3/4 items £12.90, 5/7 items £16.50, 8/10 items £24.50 and £2.00 per additional item.

Delivery Schedule We normally deliver UK orders within 7 days, European and North American orders within 14 days and orders for the rest of the world within 21 days. Items such as decorated tutus may occasionally take a little longer.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero. VAT is not charged on childrens' clothing purchased in the UK.

Guarantee Garments manufactured by Aurora Dancewear & Costume are fully guaranteed. Faulty goods will be replaced or credited. Goods returned for any other reason will be charged a 30% handling fee and must be returned within two weeks from delivery in the original packaging, not show any signs of wear & tear and not have been washed. It is advisable to contact us before returning any item. Garments made or altered to the customer's specification are non-returnable. Your rights to return to goods within seven working days and receive a full refund are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm Aurora Dancewear cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to goods being returned by customers.
